AMADA WELD TECH offers comprehensive, individualized training for all of our products and processes. Our comprehensive one-day courses are classroom based; our flagship two-day courses add hands-on equipment operation and process development to the agenda. Training can be held at our Technical Center in Monrovia, CA or on-site at your facility and can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Courses last 1 to 3 days depending on the degree to which each subject is explored.

Resistance Welding Training

Our comprehensive and customizable resistance welding training courses are designed to give participants a solid foundation and the confidence to apply resistance welding techniques effectively.  Customers will learn both fundamental knowledge and practical skills to enhance their understanding and capabilities in the field. Training typically begins with the resistance welding fundamentals, covering key definitions, bond types, and electrode configurations. Participants will then explore materials – including different metal types, their compatibility, and electrode materials – equipment, monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting. Depending on selected/desired length, topics include:

Laser Welding Training

In our laser welding training courses, customers will gain a comprehensive understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical applications of lasers in manufacturing. The training begins with an overview of laser welding functions, power density, and key features. Design aspects such as fit-up guidelines, tolerances, tooling, and essential design rules are covered in detail, followed by a focus on common equipment types, attributes, and feedback modes. Depending on selected/desired length, topics include:

AMADA WELD TECH also offers comprehensive, technical hands-on training on the operation and maintenance of your AMADA WELD TECH equipment or systems. Training can be at your facility or at our headquarters in Monrovia, CA. Pricing is based on scope, number of days and number of attendees.
