Hot Bar Reflow Soldering & Bonding Systems

Hot bar soldering is achieved when two pre-fluxed, solder or adhesive coated parts are heated, causing the solder to melt, flow, and then solidify, forming a permanent electro-mechanical bond. Typical hot bar resistance soldering equipment applications include flexible circuits, ribbon cables, wires, flex to PCB, flex to LCD, and thermocompression bonding of gold ribbon as found in the telecommunications, computer, automotive, display industries and more.

AMADA WELD TECH is pleased to offer a range of ergonomically designed, compact, hot bar soldering machines for resistance soldering, hot bar soldering, heat seal bonding, and heat staking. Whether your need is for the fully integrated desktop newhorizon soldering machine, the

modular DT-Series resistance soldering equipment, or an automated, custom soldering machine, all come standard with either a constant or pulsed heat reflow soldering power supply, a motorized or pneumatic head, and a range of options including linear or rotary motion and more.
