Vacuum Bakeout Oven

A vacuum bakeout oven, also known as desiccation oven, is typically used in removing moisture out of the electronic packages prior to  hermetic seam sealing operation.  Electronic packages or devices are subjected to heat and alternating sequences of inert gas backfill and vacuum to dislodge and extract moisture particles during the oven bakeout process.
