The WH-L90A precision servo weld head combines the latest ultra low friction, high speed actuation technology with cutting edge control electronics to deliver fully integrated programmable spot welding with real time displacement monitoring and process control.

WH-L90A easily integrates with MacGregor welding power supplies to deliver a welding process suitable for both manual or automatic spot welding assembly.

WH-L90A provides servo driven output control derived from precision calibrated sensors. Secondary sensors and feedback methods assure system integrity and accuracy on a weld by weld basis to meet and exceed demands from the automotive, medical and aerospace sectors.
